Dried Camomile flowers producing a  caffeine free, sweet and mellow herbal infusion. Ideal just before bed time to aid a good nights sleep.

Place one tea pyramid per cup (250ml) in freshly boiled water, and infuse for 3-5 minutes before removing.

Fantastic, delicious tea

I first tried this tea at the Lowry hotel and was so impressed that I bought some for myself once I was back at home. Beautiful whole flowers and a delicious taste.
