First harvest Sencha, produced by a farmers collective near Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.
This is a fresh and fragrant tea with a wonderful balance of umami.

Measure 1 heaped tsp per cup (250ml), add 60-70° water, infuse for 30-60 seconds.

3 Infusions.

Amazing tea!

This tea is delicious. I could tell even before brewing by the colour and smell it was going to be good.

Next level tea

Having only ever bought green tea from chain supermarkets, this really took things to the next level. Great to drink first thing in the day, or at the end to unwind. top marks!

I could drink this every day

As a green tea fan, this ticked all my boxes. Far more fragrant and fresh than anything you'd get on a supermarket shelf, I could quite happily sip this all day, every day
